guess who watched ‘whip it’

Last month I put on a pair of roller skates for the first time in twenty years. It’s this whole Yes Man thing I’m trying. I loved it. I mean, I still think skating backward is nothing short of sorcery. But I’m really geared up for my next trip to the rink. And I desperately want to drag my sister along with me. Because that would just be the best date ever.
ah, just wondering buffy, but wouldn’t the best date ever be with the euro? i can understand the whole sisters bonding thing, but if you were to fall, wouldn’t it work out better for all parties involved if he were there to catch you or atleast cushion your fall?
You’re right about the cushion part, Howie. The sister is little bitty and I’d totally take her with me in a fall. But The Euro’s one of those wizard types who skates as confidently as he walks. I have the sneaking suspicion that The Sister is about as surefooted as I am when it comes to roller skates. And that would just be super fun to watch.
You look so cute in those pictures. Watching Whip It made me want to do the same thing. Alas, I no longer have my white leather roller skates with the hot pink wheels.
