I said something this morning that earned me an exasperated “I don’t know how to answer that,” from The Euro.

My response: “You’re not suppose to answer it. It was a declarative statement, it doesn’t require or need an answer. Not everything is interrogative.”

I’ve had to say this a lot recently and it’s starting to confuse me because why do people keep answering statements like they’re questions?

A few minutes ago I got an email from The Euro. “You’ll like this.” And I do.
